Method 1: Taxi (direct)

to the Howard Civil Service International House (福華文教會館)
Duration: 50–60 minutes (depending on traffic).

Cost: NT$1,200–1,500.

 

 

Method 2: Airport MRT + Taxi

1. Take the Taoyuan Airport MRT (Purple Line) from the airport to Taipei Main Station (A1).

Duration: 35–40 minutes.

Cost: NT$160 (express train).

 

2. At Taipei Main Station, take a taxi to the Howard Civil Service International House (福華文教會館).

Duration: 10–15 minutes.

Cost: NT$200–300.

 

Method 3: Airport MRT + MRT (Red Line)

1. Take the Taoyuan Airport MRT (Purple Line) from the airport to Taipei Main Station (A1).

2. At Taipei Main Station, take the MRT Red Line (Tamsui-Xinyi Line) towards Xiangshan.

3. Alight at Dongmen Station (R07/O06) and use Exit 4.

4. Walk (~10 minutes) or take a taxi to the Howard Civil Service International House (福華文教會館).

 

Total Duration: ~60 minutes.

Cost: NT$200–250 (MRT + optional taxi fare).

 

 

Method 4: Airport MRT + MRT (Red Line & Green Line)

1. Take the Taoyuan Airport MRT (Purple Line) from the airport to Taipei Main Station (A1).

2. At Taipei Main Station, take the MRT Red Line (Tamsui-Xinyi Line) to Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall Station (R08/G10) and use Exit 5.

3. Take the Green Line (Songshan-Xindan Line) to Taipower Building Station (G08).

4. Exit at Exit 2, turn left, and walk about 800 meters (10–15 minutes) to the intersection of Sinhai Road and Sinsheng S. Road. Turn left to arrive at Howard Civil Service International House (福華文教會館).

 

Total Duration: ~60 minutes.
